Can I badtouch/control/etc you?
Rosiel's the badtouch angel incarnate of Angel Sanctuary. I haven't played with his badtouching a lot, but it's definitely something that can happen because roller coaster moods, which is why this brings me to the very important question:
Are you okay with potential badtouch of your character, getting fed pills for control, Rosiel reading your mind, have Rosiel go Rosiel on you etc? Also if your character might retaliate, would be able to stop Rosiel/resist his powers etc etc? I won't do anything unless I've talked it out with you before, even if you answer this post. A lot of things will probably come up as threads happen, and I'll always tread carefully and make sure everyone's okay with what's happening.
You can also use this entry to tell me if there's anything important with your characters that might ping Rosiel if he meets them! (Also if your characters knew the previous Rosiel, feel free to add that too o/)

um, David might be interested in Rociel himself, as he is super interested in angel and demon lore. And is dating Raphael, so.
Vanitas is made out of pure darkness and is also a huge badtouch troll.

Raidou's demons are listed here. Metatron and Sandalphon are very different from their AS incarnations, though.
I'd rather avoid anything major for Minako (especially badtouch and pills), but she's harder to rattle than Raidou is, for all that he hides it, and is better equipped to shrug off any mindgames. Also, she has a bunch of personas in her head, so tread with caution. One of her personas is Messiah, actually.

Belphegor is a normal human aside from his assassination skills and dying will flames. I am okay with badtouch and mind reading, but no pills. That kind of thing's really squicky for me.
Accelerator should ping really, really oddly for angel. While completely human, he's an unawakened artificial angel whose powers have divine properties and were he to experience an Awakening, he would gain the power to update natural law. I'm not sure whether Rosiel would be able to trump Accelerator's Vector Redirection normally, and he generally does not let people touch him at all. However, due to some minor brain damage he is currently connected to the MISAKA Network, a network of about ten thousand espers who, unknown to him, are strategically placed around the world in order to create an Artificial Heaven using their AIM fields which have anti-magic properties in copious enough amounts. Depending on the situation I might be open to okaying Rosiel hacking that. It could potentially cause him to Awaken.

Muraki DO YOUR WORST! He'll ping Rosiel as powerful and he'll be able to block mind-reading and fight off any control. He's also crazy and unpredictable, but maybe they'll be friends. CRAZY friends.
Fon He is a man-made human /o/ idk if that would ping. Trying to mind-control him might trigger him into crazy but I'm cool with that.
Rain was made immortal with SCIENCE. You can read his mind and see he is full of puppies and rainbows, he'll gradually develop immunity to any pills, but you probably won't need to give him any. Please badtouch him forever. (There might be retaliation from OTHER people if terrible things happen, but in general Rain gets along with bad people)
Puck DO WHATEVER. HE'LL THINK YOU'RE A HOT ALBEIT FLAT-CHESTED CHICK.
Rai should be immune to mind-reading/control/magical powers and he would retaliate, but we can totally meet if you ever want epic battorus.

Temeraire is a giant dragon. I don't know how you would badtouch a giant dragon. Mindreading is okay, and possession is a maybe. It depends on the situation.
Yuki might ping him as he's a [computer program] and a telepath. Mindreading is okay, mild badtouch is okay, but he's resistant to mind control and possession.
